Donovan Soobramoney founded Xinnace after building two decades of experience in the BPO industry. Since beginning his career as an agent in 2006, he has progressed through the industry to become an Operations Executive and certified COPC Performance Leader.
Throughout his career, Donovan has led and supported teams across Operations, Human Resources, Recruitment, Quality & Compliance, Learning & Development, Payroll, Workforce Management, Project Management, Business Intelligence, Continuous Improvement and Software Development.
This broad experience has given him a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face when managing the complete employee lifecycle.
